Brent is our connector and business manager at Cove Continuity Advisors Inc. He develops new partnerships and relationships and looks for ways to enhance existing relationships within our community. His aim is to ensure that our business development and management efforts continuously refer to, and align with, our mission, purpose, and philosophies.

Brent has spent most of his business career in Vancouver and has a wealth of experience in general and sales management with companies, such as The Pattison Group (14 years) and GE Capital (8 years). Brent’s unique ability is coaching and mentoring others, while creating a team environment that inspires growth and learning. In his previous positions, he loved his mentorship and management roles, and he brings his unique ability and passion to his work with Cove clients, partners, and our advisory team.

A proud North Vancouverite, Brent has been married to Kate for over thirty years. Together, they have three adult children (Meghan, Kristen, and Stuart), all graduates of Queen’s University. Both Brent and Kate love to hike, run, and stay fit, as well as spend time with friends.
