Vivian is our Customer Experience Specialist. She has been helping insurance clients since 2008, working with our advisors so that Mandarin and Taiwanese speaking clients always feel understood.

She especially enjoys guiding first-generation Canadians through succession, estate, and tax planning, which can feel overwhelming when you are new to the system. Because she understands the cultural nuances, she takes the time to learn what each client needs and connects them with the right solutions through our team and network of financial professionals.

Vivian takes great pride in the trust she has built with clients over the years, and it shows in the lasting relationships she maintains.

She and her husband, Charlie, moved to Vancouver in 1996 and are raising their two children here. They love the city and are proud to call its diverse, multicultural community home.
