We use Mailchimp to send marketing emails, such as our newsletter, to users who subscribe to receive them. We use the data stored in the registration for the marketing emails exclusively for our marketing emails and do not pass this on without your permission.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails by finding the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. When you unsubscribe from a marketing email via Mailchimp, your details remain on the list of past recipients. On request, your details can be permanently removed from the list.

We use third-party sources on our website and pages on this site may also include embedded content from other sites (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Third-party sources and embedded content from other websites behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
We may use Google Analytics to collect user information, which allows us to better know our audience characteristics and behaviour, measure cross-device and cross-platform use, conduct data analysis and testing, and manage our data effectively.
However, we will not upload information to Google Analytics that allows Google to personally identify you (such as certain names, social security or social insurance numbers, email addresses, or any similar data), or data that permanently identifies a particular device (such as your mobile phone’s unique device identifier if such an identifier cannot be reset), even in hashed form.
These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process and transfer information about your activity on our website in accordance with their Privacy Policies. We currently use Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to advertise our website and services.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
