With more than 33 years of experience in the insurance industry, Shelley brings a wealth of knowledge and genuine commitment to client service in her role as a Customer Experience Specialist at Cove. She takes great pride in the relationships she has developed with clients over the years, as well as the relationships she has developed with various insurance companies in assisting and advocating for clients.

Shelley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Simon Fraser University and also holds her life license.

Shelley lives in Port Coquitlam with her husband. Her greatest joy is cheering on her son and daughter and celebrating their accomplishments as young adults. Her happy place is definitely spending time in nature, especially camping at her favourite lake where she’s been going since she was a child. Biking, hiking and reading are some of her favourite ways to relax but a good movie is up there as well!
